Tonight we had oven-roasted veggies for dinner. This is a vegetarian dish. It can be used as a main dish or it can be served as a side dish with any grilled meat or roast. Bon Appetit!

Hi Everybody, I am still digging out from under thhe football game. For the fans, our quarterback, Danny Brannagan, threw the football for 495 total yards. That was only good for a third place all star. Mike Petranovic, called off the bench at the last minute due to a first string injury, kicks the game winning field goal with 3.3 seconds left on the clock. That was only good enough for a second place star. First place went to Jimmy Allin who ran three kicks back for touch downs, one of them for 105 yards. Jimmy's total return yardage 439 yards. Final score Queen's University, us, 52, University of Guelph, them, 49. There were way to many photo ops!
I'll catch up with comments and stuff over the next day in the meantime I will introduce to you the sign over the front door of the Grizzly Grill.
