Here's today's photo. I realised on Saturday night when I was shooting the peppers that the other veggies were turning and wouldn't last long, so I had to cook them there and then (I think Laine had the right idea with her shots last week).

Dear friends!Since March 2009 I lost 18kg.I live very ,very pleasant without the sugar and the white flour.
Well-this topic-food and restaurants is difficult for me. After September's efforts/push!/ on macro and the others the August is for the brake and repose.

Happy Monday ya'll. It is Labor Day here in the US and we have a holiday. Yippee... now I have an extra day to do all the home chores that fall by the wayside because I am fooling about with photos most of the time.

Does it get a little hectic preparing food in your house sometimes? How about a drive-through fast food place?
