Suggestion August Challenge

we do not really have bust stops here... so this is impossible for me...
There is 1 busstop in 10kms round... I can't afford to drive a long way every day... and taking thirty one pics of this one sounds fairly boring...
but I don't mind not to participate.

I think that the transportation theme; trains, planes, autos, jet skis, pack burros etc sounds good. It would give everyone something creative to look for. Kerry

Well, once the decision has been made I'll go for it but the bus stops probably not...all of our's are the same, pretty much.

A theme with or without people.

I have the idea there are two challenges this month. The other theme is 'FOOD';
I hope we all have a lot of creativit y and a lot of fun in August

Personally, I do not like the idea of two challenges. When this happened before there were only a few photographers doing each challenge. Better to have more people do one challenge, that makes it more diverse and interesting. I think it should be one or the other and I'll do either "Transportation" or "Food". We can do one theme in August and one in September.

Yes, I agree that it's best to have just one theme.
I am happy to go with 'general transportation' for August and 'food' for September
if that's the consensus.

Count me in with "General Transportation" there is a great variety, cars, trucks, buses, planes, ships, bikes, motorcycles, bus stops, train and trolley stations, airports, harbors, etc. We can do wide angles, macros etc.

Let's save "Food and Restaurants" for September. I already have some ideas for that one.
