sounds like fun to me too since it's easy to do 24/7 since home is where I am.. I'm trying to tell myself not to be jealous of anything I see, if I do do it, because I'm very frustrated with the badly needed paint and stuff my house needs inside LOL we are living in very tight quarters but hey I've got lots of stuff in here hehe. I might have to take something in my only little bathroom, not sure there is 10 photos in there! I was thinking though just using the bathroom lighting would be the challenge for me, even if I did have to take something in there to shoot that week. :)

What a neat idea for the month of March......I won't mention the "S" word as in cleaning but you never know, I might find a duster somewhere, for the sake of photography you understand! LOL
Count me in!!

Well, I will be doing "Monochrome Details". Lots of details can be found in the house.

Those macro lenses do show the dust, don't they?

I love the idea. I will have no excuses for resorting to my back catalogue for shots. No weather constraints, just take pictures and post them. Excellent.

May I join you for "Monochrome Details" ?
Like many, I prefer to my home to remain private and think that your idea is a great compromise.

I'd be up for monochrome details. That sounds like a good challenge to me.

I think you can be as private as you want. It was not suggested that you "show your home," just items in the specific room, or parts of items. The idea was to be creative, not exhibitionist.

In all of the challenges, there is something in your homes you photograph and we do sometimes see parts of other items in the room. I really think some of you misunderstood the challenge.
You are of course free to participate or not. You don't even have to tell us why. It was just an idea, one of many.

I do want to say that some people post galleries of self-portraits and photos of their children and pets and don't worry about revealing their private lives. Personally, I think a few pictures of the pots in the kitchen or a sofa pillow would not threaten your privacy. That's just my opinion. My husband Chris and I will be doing the challenge and welcome all of you. I think it can be fun.

Color, black & white, sepia or monochrome are all creative ways to show the details.

Could be an interesting challenge with a minimalistic twist.

Another good idea!
It's open-ended enough that you can shape it to any way that suits you best! I'm looking forward to it!
