Dublin Pbase Visit,24-26 April

I had a look at flights, but there are no direct connections from Stuttgart to Dublin. The cheapest ticket I could find was €240 - a sum I can't really justify for just a weekend. Bummer, I would have loved to join you

booked my flight and hotel room... In the Hotel that Maire suggested...
I arrive Friday afternoon and leave on Monday morning.

Really looking forward to this one - I'm told it has changed since my last visit in 1998!

That's great Ray! So far we have two from the UK (you and Ann), Barbara and a friend from France, and two Irish pbasers, with a few more pbasers expressing interest. Let's hope we'll have Spring weather by then....

I don't think I'll be able to make it, unfortunately but I'm hoping there'll be another occasion - hopefully when the Pound has regained some value - I won't hold my breathe!

This is really an early April update but I didn't want to have to post it on April Fools' Day so you all know now it's a bona fide posting on Mar 31. Currently we have 10-12 people confirming their intention to come. I have emailed all of you whose private emails I have currently,and if I have overlooked anyone please pmail me with your email address and I'll add it to the "Dublin Group" list for ease of use in contacting you. If we were to get weather like we had in Dublin today we'd all be smiling

Just a quick note to let you know i will be meeting up with you all in Dublin, arriving Friday Evening, staying at Ariel House in Lansdowne Road. Will contact you on my arrival, hope to meet up in the evening ! I am really looking forward to meeting up with you all.
