Therefore this is a very clear issue: the administrators of pbase have to remove the entry - unless they think that pictures of H. are not of questionable taste!

Yeah!!! Clear as mud!!!!!!! The poster has permission to post the shots and Pbase provides a service to allow the posting of images. So how does a post of a section of the T&Cs clear up the issue?

There are pictures on Pbase of dead people on a beach following the tsunami. Should there have been an equal outcry for that? Shouldn't we look back to be able to move forward?

Get real, journalism and history serve a far greater purpose than 99% of the pictures on Pbase, but you want those all banned because it upsets your little sensitivities!!!! There's a big world out there and it's not always a pleasant place!!

Before you get on your high horse, learn to ride!!!!

If it's any consolation the gallery has gone, so this discussion is now pointless.
