It'd be more interesting to ask what's the most number of hits on a photo - not including naked / semi naked women. Paul Walters, William Bates and more recently Ray Akey have proved that those sorts of pics bring the hits in and then some! Ray, I hope your not offended, but those 11,000 hits have nothing to do with any artistic or technical merit in that photo...

My most hit picture is this one, not surprisingly featuring a pretty girl, and not that great a shot at all.



6000 odd hits. Not bad considering she's fully clothed. Discounting pictures of young women this one has been hit over 1400 times.



funny thing is, I don't like it much. Some of my favourites don't get hit much at all, but hey, I'm doing this for me!!

Pretty woman help drive hits, no doubt about it; but, it looks like a disaster, news worthy or nice subject well photographed can get plenty of traffic too.

Ray, I hope your not offended, but those 11,000 hits have nothing to do with any artistic or technical merit in that photo...

My wife and I were both surprised. Other photos of ours show more "skin" and are more artistic in both lighting and composition. We still can't figure out the appeal of that one over others. Seriously. I know it's a girl in her underwear on a bed but.. wow.
