What? No January challenge?

Doesn't anyone have a good idea? Let's get going, people! (I, of course, can't think of a thing.) :D

probably not appropriate for this particular challenge, but I would love to see everyone's personal favorite for 2007.

I hope there is one, can't think about one yet.
I didn't take any photos in 2007 - I've only just got the camera,
so that one wouldn't be any good for me.

wiki: The term "minimalist" is often applied colloquially to designate anything which is spare or stripped to its essentials
the free dictionary: focus attention on the object as an object, reducing its historical and expressive content to the bare minimum.
art movements: simplicity in both content and form, and seek to remove any sign of personal expressivity. The aim of minimalism is to allow the viewer to experience the work more intensely without the distractions of composition, theme and so on.

Is that enough?

Wont be joining in during January as my time will be limited & I will be away halfway through the month.
Good luck with whatever you choose...thanks for your company & most importantly comments received during December's Alphabet Soup. I had a great time &
wish I had been able to keep up with the Cultural Challenge too, but it was not possible.

I have decided I have way too many images sitting on my HD & CDs & will be using them, so therefore I wont be doing a PAD or Occasional for the first time since 2004

Good luck & have fun !!

Laine.

I probably will just do the Thur. Totally Informal Transglobal Challenge (wish they just call it the Thurs. Challenge) as trying to see and make comments on all the entries takes so much time. I did have fun but got a lot less sleep! LOL.
Happy New Year...

I like minimalism as a theme. (Tried to make a minimalist sentence.) Any one else?

Though minimalism might work, it's too broad a subject to be interesting as a challenge to me. Can we be more specific?
Or maybe there is another idea. Of course I can't think of one now. If I dream about it tonight, I'll post it tomorrow.
