After a lot of dieting and a strict life style change...I can finally say I am proud of my body!!! Well that is only if I can keep this up... If I said that to my trainer he would probably make me do 1000 sit ups

This was really tough because I had several this past month that I really liked. I would have to say it is the following because of the emotional tie to the photo. It also worked great with the Thursday Challege of "Shadow Play".



Great job everyone on this challenge. I had a great time with it and look forward to the next challenge.
