It would be good to take a few pics together, admire lenses, have a chat and a mug of Hot Chocolate, maybe?

Ray's thinking on the right lines! I'd definitely be interested as well, although the second half of Feb would work best for me.

Looks like we 've got a quorum of 6 already - excellent. Perhaps we can pursuade Kim if we relax the strict Hot Chocolate rule! And I thought Dan already did walk on water! LOL
I think the most favoured dates are Sunday 19th (clashes with film BAFTAs) and 26th (clashes with Focus on imaging at NEC, Birmingham).
I can do Saturdays no problem, by the way.

those two weekends are probably best for me.... Saturday or Sunday are no problem. As I'll have to travel from Devonland anyway, I was planning on an overnight.

Out of the two dates you mentioned John, the 19th would suit me better as I find there is now a dog show on the 26th near me! 
(In fact either day that weekend is cool - 18th or 19th)

Strangely, I haven't received my invite for the BAFTA'S yet so I think either date might do for me though to be honest, I don't know what I'm doing in January much less February yet!
