I admit, I will take most my shots on weekends in RAW, and each day of the week will rework one of them, I think this is the best way to go for me.

Nice to see you again.
I too have taken a more relaxed attitude toward padding. I shoot when I can and post the next day or so. I did my 365 images in 18 months...it was all could do.
Of course, no one knows me anymore and for the most part, I don't know most PaD'rs.
I remember when we used to greet every new PaD'r with a personal welcome because we knew all 100 or so. Can't be done anymore. Not by anyone with anything else going on in their lives.
