Let's have a definition at least of what "peak hours" actually are. I was on at 2 a.m. (eastern US time) .. that was peak hours. I'm on now - about 1:30 in the afternoon - also peak hours.
When ISN'T it peak hours?
What time WILL the favorites be up?
