Huge thumbnail!

I just posted a new image in my PaD gallery and it shows in original size intead of the typicall thumbnail.
What did i do wrong?
Please let me know.

Bring up the image on your monitor for viewing. Then click on "Edit Image" and scroll down til you see "regenerate Thumb". That's how I fixed mine a while back.
