For the last couple of months I have branched out from one PAD gallery to three

And a Urban Enviroment PAD: http://www.pbase.com/bish0p/tue

My main pad gets some visitors coming in a looking, some comment. The other two rarely get any visitors, or comments. Can anyone suggest anything I can do, other than link to these other two galleries from my main pad, to get people to even look at them. Or am I just being a masochist for needing to post three pics a day.

Unless you have 3 accounts I don't think you can have 3 PADs because only one of them (the latest one you made into a PAD) will show up in the metagallery.

Yes only the Photo of the day Gallery shows up in the Meta Gallery, That does not stop me from having three galleries that I post different content to daily.

I have noticed the people don't seem to visit them even though they are linked from the main photo of the day for that day.

Well that's Hollywood for you People don't have time these days. It might help if you added a lot of carefully chosen keywords, so that they can find the pix with search.

I've found that the more time you invest in looking and commenting on other people's pictures, the more likely that they will come by and look at yours. I try to go through the PAD pics and make comments every day. I also look through the main gallery and comment. There are so many good photos on PBase it can be hard to know whose pictures to look at. Make it easy for people to know about you by commenting!

Choose one pad to use for the actual photo a day and then give links to your other pads at the bottom of the page with a description of what they are., and pray...
