Some days you just never know what image you might capture! This is an image that really caught my eye today. The sun was out. It was in the 60's. The site of some ivy peeking through a fence reminded me that Spring indeed is on the way. When I took the shot, I thought it was a good one. Then when I got home and viewed the image, it just did not make an impact.

I then desaturated the entire image. This created an impact due to the contrast and the shadows. Then I decided to add back the color only on the leaves of ivy. Yes!! I really liked the affect that was created. Hope you enjoy it as well.
