How to have an image shown at the PaD gallery (help pls.)

So after reading how to set up a photo-a-day gallery, I managed to indicate my "in box" gallery as my PaD one (at least I got a message on the top of the in box gallery saying that). Next, I uploaded a new image there (directly from my PC, not copied from other galleries).8 hours elapsed and I don't see the image showing in any PaD page. I believe that I am doing something wrong but don't know what is it. Can someone pls. help, teaching me step by step how to do it?

In the edit mode you have to scroll down and click on "Make this gallery your Photo-A-Day gallery" ?

I checked. Your picture IS showing in de PaD gallery: uploaded 26 NOV 23:51
