Pbase Outing Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and GTA

Hi Everyone,

Jeff and I are organizing a Pbase outing for Sunday October 14th. The location is yet to be determined and we are open to suggestions. Since we are inviting people from the GTA, Hamilton, Halton, and Niagara region, we are hoping to find something that will be central for most people. So if you have any thoughts on location, or points of interest, please let me know a.s.a.p.

Once we decide on a location, I will update you with more details. Please, mark your calendars and plan on spending the day with other Pbase members from this area on this photo outing, it will be great to meet more of you!

I am trying to get an idea how many people are interested in going, could you let me know if you are planning on attending. Thanks,

Hello again,

Okay, we have a location for the pbase outing on Sunday October 14...we chose Crawford Lake. Thank you to those who offered suggestions, we think Crawford Lake will offer plenty of great photo ops! It not only has a Lake, boardwalks, turkey vultures, and trails, it also has an old Indian Village. The conservation area opens at 10:00 a.m. so I propose that we meet in the parking lot at that time. Anyone that is interested in car pooling, please let me know and we can arrange to meet here and travel together. The cost is $6.00 per adult and there is a coffee shop on location.
