Plea for help from Nicky (fixed !)

Posting this on behalf of Nicky - who is desperate for help as her laptop and PC have both apparently decided to block her from logging into her PBase and Photobox websites.

She's checked her internet settings, added both sites as "trusted", uninstaled some MS updates in case that has changed something in her security settings, rebooted, done a system restore... and she still can't log into her sites (although she can view them). The problem is affecting both her laptop, and PC, which run off a wireless network at home.

I've managed to log into Nicky's Photobox site on my PC using her login, so it looks as if it's something to do with her local password settings ??

If anyone can offer Nicky some help can they please email her privately using the email address on her PBase profile page.

She's desperate !!!

I've sorted it! The technical solution I used??? I switched everything off, yanked the plugs out of the wall, cursed very very loudly, had a cup of tea, put the plugs back in, switched on ... and bingo!!

Computers? grrrrrrrrrr
