To Smoke or Not to smoke

Just thought id tell people that my gallery is complete. It was an amazing experience spending 36 hours with the smoking community. I went into it a die hard anti smoker but after listening to their views mine completely changed and i soon forgot my normal bias smoking views. I feel I achieved what i started to do that was capture the last 3 days of legal smoking in Wales and youy can probably feel the bond I made as I connected with these great people. Cheers. inhale the atmosphere but not the smoke

I used to be a 2 pack a day Marlboro smoker, and all I can say is, "I apologize to the countless number of individuals that were subjected to my unintentional rudeness." Now that I was able to quit, I can see just how offensive my habit was to others.

Recently while having lunch at a local outdoor cafe, the smoking patrons at the table next to me must have overheard me comment to my wife about how discusting their blowing smoke towards our table was, because one turned and said, "Hey, there are plenty of non smoking tables inside."

I then asked him if the beautiful 75 degree sunny day we were experiencing was reserved for smokers. He then turned to his party and started laughing.

As they got their food and started to eat, I began to clear my sinuses by snuffing in real hard, then spit the discharge into a paper napkin. The patron's wife looked at him and in a loud whisper said, "That's sick!"

I looked at my wife, (who was pretty embarrassed by now, hehehe) and said, I guess we're all sickened by something.......

A note to Adrian:

I want to make sure that you understand that I think your gallery is brilliant. My comments were in no way directed to the images in it. That being said, I make no apologies for the way I feel about those that are creating health problems for those around them.
