What is PAD?

This might sound stupid , but I don't fully understand what a phot-a-day gallery is. There deosn't seem to be a clear explanation anywhere on PBase. So if somebody could please fill me in on exactly what a photo-a-day gallery is, that would be greatly appreciated.

PAD = Photo A Day
It about posting a photo each day that you took that day.......

Sometimes you might be away from the computer for a day or so...just make sure you take a photo a day...but it really just comes down to what you want to do. It helps with creativity and getting out of the box and shooting thing you might not usually shoot. You can shoot and post whenever you want. Just have to see how strict you want to get with PAD. The biggest rule is to have fun and learn...if you aren't doing either of those you should probably just quite.

Thanks for the help... Just one last question.... Is there sopposed to be a general theme for PAD?

Some time we do have some theme Like the Thursday Challenge and some do a month on a style or subject like right now there the Windows.

Up to you, doing a photo a day not always easy, at first it is but when you shot every thing in the house and outside, well that when the fun start!

Here there is another example for you to take a look. I've made a sub-gallery for the challenges, whatever one I am able to participate. It's too much fun. And also you will know lots of good and nice photographers.
