I learned very quickly that this woman is a psycho-bitch. So sorry this happened to you.

But things always have a way of evening themselves out. She obviously is a miserable soul. Just take one look at her crusty mug and it tells the whole story.

Jude you are one very talented photographer. I hope that at your core you know that, you have been in my favorites list since I joined and I saw my first picture of yours. The Creativity, and technical excellance of your work is often times amazing.

It is a pity that Mary decided that she needed to do this, one of the unfortunate things about living in a free society is that there are millions of people that are not quite so well adjusted that also get to live free in that society. The rest of use get the pleasure up having to deal with them.

As the Karmic wheel turns... I smile when I think of it running right over people that do this crap...

Indeed James, I believe everything you do comes back to you, in one form or another. If you dont learn from the lesson, but continue to pry into others lives, then karma will catch up with you.

Can we please not attack jypsee for how she looks? I hate what she did - how she looks has nothing to do with what she did - so let's not make reference to her "crusty mug" or similar. Deriding how other women look doesn't help Jude.

I agree Rosie and thought the same thing. You're a better person than I though, because I could not bring myself to come to her defense.

It's not that I'm a better person nor that I'm coming to her defence, I just hate the way many people start abusing a woman for how she looks. It happens a lot in the press where women, far more than men, are criticised simply for their looks rather than their actions. It's insulting to all women because it implies that how we look is all that matters and of course, it devalues this post as well by reducing it to a crude invitation to compare looks.

It's not about what jypsee looks like, it's about what she did.

And now I'm going to bite my tongue, before I go off on one about people who abuse others for how they look...;-)

hey.. rosie.. I agree wholeheartedly. Someone early on said something rude and i wrote him to tell him to delete. It wasn't the subject at hand NOR something I'd ever approve of regardless. Thanks for the words. ;)

What is up with that?

I've come to enjoy the beer not so cold; it has more flavor, something Americans who enjoy "Bud" and its ilk, seem oblivious to or else they just don't like real beer. Thank goodness for microbrews. How do you stand the constant surveillance?? I'd rather live with the threat of Al-Queda than live under this kind of scrutiny and lack of privacy.

Ok, sorry...but I had to step in at this point (after I recovered from the apoplexy brought on by Darter02s comment that revealed that this might not be an isolated incident)...

Anyway, first, it's Al "Qaida" not "Queda" (is that pronounced "kwayda?"), and her blithering about microbrews made me feel ill. Her entire identity appears caught up in a superiority complex. This is a very deranged person we're dealing with here - deranged and apparently dangerous.

I move to petition Pbase to ban her from use. Of course she will always have access via aliases etc., but the least that should be done is that her paid account should be cancelled. She has no business in this community of friendly photography enthusiasts.

With that aside, forums are for debate, not feuds and I for one refuse to edit or censor anything in deference to fear of anything - not Republicans, Neo-Christians, Al Qaida and especially not for the likes of a meanie pants like Jypsee no matter how proactively vindictive. I'm blacklisting her from my galleries - I recommend the same to all.

And finally, we all get the point and the warning, and my most sincere support and sympathy that this happened to you Jude. I think the best thing we can do from this point (short of requesting a removal of her account), is to stop talking about her.

I had a quick look at her galleries and it's certainly no great loss to the community to lose her contributions.

As Oscar Wilde once said, "The only thing worse than people talking about you behind your back, is people not talking about you at all."

Love to all...keep up the great work. Pbase is the best!

Would there be a petition list or by what manner could she be banned from pbase and have her account removed? I have found that when people are never punished they repeat destructive behavior but swift and sure punishment usually changes that behavior.
