Marshall, MI

A friend of mine, who lives in Marshall, sent me four photos of a beautiful building and the grounds. I have posted them on my Pbase galleries titled "Marshall, Michigan. I'm assuming the photos were taken in, or near, Marshall, MI. He challenges me to do some sleuthing and determine what this building is and where it is located. His lighthouse photos were easy to find and identify. However, this set has me stumped. Can anyone in Pbase land help me with this.
