Check out Thompson's Safari. They have a specialized photo safari in Tanzania titled Africa through the lense http://www.thomsonsafaris.com/. We use Roy's Safai to coordinate our Kenya and Tanzania safari and it was great. Check out their website http://www.roysafaris.com/ and ask for Sanjay - the owner.
