The Getty Villa - Malibu, CA

Since the rest of the country seems to be buried in snow, I'll take everybody to a Roman Villa located on the Pacific Coast to warm you up!

The Getty Villa is located in Malibu, CA and features Greek, Roman, and Etruscan antiquities. The Getty Villa is modeled after the Villa dei Papiri, a Roman country house in Herculaneum buried by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in A.D. 79.
