Sichuan/Tibet

Hi all,,my wife and I are moving to the Sichuan/Tibetan border region in China in September to work. We will be based in the Garze area in a small town of Sertar. We will be there for a minimum of 12 months. Has anyone been to this area of Sichuan Province. Let me know.
