I just booked my trip to Sikkim and North India and I am looking for some pointers as to what equipment to bring. I have right now a Canon Rebel 2000 EOS 35mm but I may be switching over to the digital rebel, how is the digi rebel? Would you recommend bringing it (if I get it)? Any lighting pointers, and film speed tips, I will be there in the "monsoon" from June to August before heading to Thailand. I'll mostly be in the northern monastery, refugee, and kanchendzonga areas around Sikkim and northern West Bengal state, as well as the Calcutta area. When are my best chances to get some nice views of Kanchendzonga? (In the morning, like in Nepal?). Also, what lenses would you recommend bringing, I have a walk around Canon 28-200, should I consider bringing anything else? Wide angle?

Je viens de reserver mon voyage au Sikkim et l'Inde du nord et je recherche quelques indicateurs quant à quel équipement à apporter. J'ai en ce moment une EOS 2000 Canon Rebel 35mm, mais je peux me orienter vers le Digital Rebel, comment est le Digi Rebel ? Recommanderiez-vous de l'apporter (si je l'obtiens) ? Tous les indicateurs d'éclairage, et bouts de vitesse de film, je serai là dans la "mousson" à partir de juin à août avant de se diriger en Thaïlande. Je serai la plupart du temps dans la monastère, le réfugié, et les secteurs nordiques de kanchendzonga autour du Sikkim et de l'état au occidental du Bengale, aussi bien que la région de Calcutta. Quand sont mes meilleures chances d'obtenir quelques vues gentilles ont-elles lieu de Kanchendzonga ? (le matin, comme au Népal ?). Est-ce qu'en outre, quels objectifs vous recommanderiez-vous d'apporter, je pour avoir une promenade autour du Canon 28-200, devriez je considérer apporter toute autre chose ? Grand-angulaire ?
