New York - Location Recomendations?

Hi everyone. I am off to New York for 5 days only next week and would like some advice on 'locations' for great photos. Obviously there will be great snaps everywhere but are there certain places at this time of year that I 'should not miss'. Anything going on that anyone knows about that will worth a photo or two?

Take the Stanton Island Ferry in the morning if you want a photo of the Statue of Liberty in the best light since the rising sun will be behind you. In my photo here the day was overcast but I came out with a decent photo.
