doubt between canon a300 and sony dsc_p32.

I want to buy my first digital camera. Anyone knows which of these has the best quality of image, best resources, or if they really are equivalent? Both are 3M pixels, but I saw some examples and had an impression that the images from the canon are a little better. Is this just right or wrong? Anyone knows any big problem one of them (or both) have that everybody need to know before buying?

I'm not sure which Sony you are asking about. I have sony mavica 300 which burns photos on mini disc. The discs hols hundreds of pictures, even alot high resolution ones. Discs are either rw or re write and only cost 4 to 5 dollars each, no memory sticks flash cards or anything else needed. Great for traveling no need to download just change mini disc (they gfo into cdrom drive in computer.)
