Waist Level Viewfinders on D70?

I'm looking for a waist level viewfinder for my D70. Something like the DW-3 for the F3. I don't think nikon makes such a product, but I was wondering if:

A) There is a generic alternative
B) The DW-3 would just happen to work with the D-70. Anyone have one that they can test?
C) Could the DW-3 (or an alternative) be adapted to work with a D70

There is a right angle finder for the D70, DR-6 is the model number. I am not sure about the waist leverl finder.
