Lens mount question

Can somebody tell me what kind of mount is this?

I want to buy an adaptor for an EOS body but I have no ideea from which camera is.

It's old, that's what it is. I would e-mail a pic or two to SRB in the UK. If anyone can identify it they can. They can also make an adapter for you if they do not have it as a stock item.

Yes, it's a very old one. But don't worry...

The manufacture is "Carl Zeiss", location "Jena" in Germany.
This kind of lense is a "Tessar". I think this kind, in a new design, is still used in Sony camcorders.

Maybe it was used with the very old "Zenith" from Russia or the "Praktika" or other cameras from the GDR (known as the "German Democratic Republic").

I don't know if it is possible to get an adaptor to your camera, but you can try.
