I recently bought my first DSLR, the Sony A200 with the 18-70mm lens, I now have the Phoenix 28-210mm, I like the lens but would like to have your opinions, reviews were almost non existant when I bought mine, maybe we can help others looking for a good and affordable lens that you don't need to keep changing! Thanks, Hernan

I don't know anything about Sony or Phoenix but a 28-210 seems fairly versatile. What end seems to be lacking? Are you photographing wildlife and need a deeper reach perhaps?

I am shooting outdoors, boats, landscapes and more importantly for me, aircrafts, the 300mm. equivalent has been very good reach so far!
