Just returned from my trip overseas for 45 days . Stopped in Dubai on way home hoping ot bag a new Nikon D3X. No such luck as it was not in stock yet. Was hoping to snag one and bring it back to the states. Anyone know where you can buy one?

Sounds crazy, but try your local camera store that's an authorized Nikon reseller. I was window shopping at one of the local camera stores in Orlando just before Christmas and they had two D3Xs. One was spoken for, but I snagged the other. Well worth it, so far.

Most of my images are crops, but there are several full frame images sprinkled in. The most recent shots are a bit better than those shot in December. Be gentle, I am definitely not a pro.
