I am sorry to ask this question on this forum, I would like to know how can i make my name appear/display under search by the country
I am from laos, and when you click the search by country, there is no my name on it.

It looks as if you are not a paid member at PBase. Its quite likely that PBase throws up the names of paid members only.

I am not too sure, but just a guess.
