Greetings all

I have a Coolpix 995 digital camera and i want to buy a telephoto lens, i just am not sure what would be the best one to get, i see available 2x 2.5x etc, i am not sure what is needed for this camera. I also want to get a wide angle lens as well. Do i need a converter for all this? i am bit confused, so some suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Suggest you go to http://www.dpreview.com - the Nikon Talk forum and do a search. I'm sure that this topic has been discussed a few times. You will probably find a lot of opinions and some posted examples of the performance of different lenses.
