Sony T100 pros! pls Help!

I've sony t100.. may i noe wads e setting u guys used normally? esp.. when i take night shots.. wad iso setting do u all normally used? cos i normally use e prog mode...
When i use flash.. e person will look ok.. (bright) but e backgrd is v v dark
when i use flash (sl).. e backgrd look a bit too bright.. a bit fake.. somemore.. theres always this capturing and processing thingy.. its v sensitive.. when ur hand is nt v stable.. e pic will look v blur.. hai.. i real haf prob wif night shots using this camera! pls help!!!
wad mode do u use when u r at indoor.. at those hotel.. orange light... ???
