Nikon DLSR Infra-red Photography - A D V I C E please

Dear All,

Some time ago I purchased an Infrared lense for the Nikon D70s, and downloaded off Google the best settings to take infrared photos with.

I can't find the website anymore,

Any advice for the best process?
