My workflow is a bit different - download files using Downloader Pro. In my case, it automatically shuffles the files over to a directory based on the date, and it automatically rotates images that need rotating. (At least for my Digital Rebel.) Then I look at them using BreezeBrowser.

Adding Downloader Pro has made things so much easier.
