System Error S0051with the Konica KD-500Z

Hi,

I bought the Konica KD-500Z and I have been happy with it so far,
but 3 weeks ago I got a 'System Error S0051" when I opened it.
The camera felt but not so heavily.
And now each time I opened it I've got the same problem and if I took pictures they are all blured (no focus), it seems that the lens are not aligned, is anybody had that problem before (even a different System Error)? What to do? The other problem is that I am living in South Africa now where there is no Konica representation for cameras (the camera was bought in the US).
