Which flash for nikon coolpix 5400 ?

Hi,

I would like to buy a speedlight which gives me focus assist light on my coolpix 5400.
I would prefer to have a small speedlight (needs to be smaller than the camera).
And I would love it if the speedlight would also work on my Pentax K1000.

I bought a nikon SB-50DX for my 5400, works great but the 5400 does not support ttl so the autofocus assist light does not work.
