Where to buy a "adaptor (Sca 3102 M2) Metz Brand"?

Do you know where can buy a " adaptor (Sca 3102 M2 ) Metz Brand ?

The story is my friend (in Canada ) buy a new digital Canon Camera ,
but he have a Metz brand flash (many years ago buy in HK) , It's must use a adaptor for connect the camera & flash . I asked many photo shop
(small or big )in Mongkok are both can't sell it . Do you know where can i
buy ?
