Hello, i'am new here, so hello

i'am from holland,so my english is BAD.I have a snapcam(Dohh),and i have a question:on the axample pictures on this site,are used stamps and frames that i not have on my SnapCam.Í've buyed it at Holland.Does anybody know or i can dowload it or something?

Actually I don't like any frame on the picture, but if you like, you can buy software PHOTOIMPACT where can find bunch of frame for framed your pictures.
