Has anyone got the skinny on when Sony is going to FINALLY get off the pot and release this camera? I WANT ONE!!!

Suggest you control yourself and wait to see if Sony can keep the noise issue under control. They're cramming three more megs of pixels into the space that is tight for 5 megs.

Perhaps they'll pull it off and, if so, bully for them. But it's going to be a major step forward if they do. Pixel size is the problem at the moment for the 5 meg cameras, most are not very usable at ISO settings greater than 100.

I have checked carefully every detail of F828 - sounds sony have made a lot of improvements compared to 717. I am also intrested of Canon G5. Pls., help me choose G5 of F828???
