File info with Photoshop 5.0 LE

I am using Photoshop 5.0 LE that came with my camera. I was wondering if there was a way to save caption info. I know in many other versions of photoshop, it's under File - File Info. But for some reason, it's not in this version, and it's really become a pain for me not having that function sometimes, especially when I have to submit stuff on deadlines.

If it helps any, I'm using it on a Dell, with Windows XP.

I'm thinking it's just a function that's not included in PS 5.0 LE, but just wanted to make sure.
