Color of image outside Photoshop

I do all my image editing withing Photoshop and use the Adobe embedded color profile. However, when I save the images for web (e.g. see my studio shots), the color is simply not the same (fairly unsaturated). Is there a standar procedure to adopt when saving images in Photoshop for viewing outside of Photoshop?

Should have been more thorough - checking the ICC profile under settings when saving for web seems to do the trick.

The reason being that web browsers are not Adobe RGB compatible, so you have to convert to sRGB first then save as JPEG. By the way, if you use "save for web" in Photoshop, you lose all the EXIF data in the image. If you "save as", EXIF data is preserved -- if that's important to you.
