Adobe support for Photoshop CS4 on Wibdows 7?
Posted: Wed Oct 28, 2009 12:26 pmI just completed a fresh install of Windows 7 on an ASUS P6T Deluxe Mobo with an i7 940 and 12 GB RAM. When re-installing PS4 (which worked fine on Vista-64 bit) I downloaded a new copy from the Adobe website, extracted the files, and got about 5% through the install when an Installation error came up saying that Drive CS4 and Photoshop CS4 failed to install.
110 minutes of discussions with 4 different tech support people in India ended with no resolution - nothing but a promise they'd have an answer in a maximum (not minimum) of 24 hours. So...long past that deadline, still no answer. Anyone have a similar experience (and hopefully a successful resolution)?
