Can any one tel me if theres better software than canons own to stitch some photos together, I have a slightly darker Blue on the joins which is visible in the sky. I know I could probaly photoshop it out but if theres better software available I would prefer to use it. All the original images wee shot in manual to avoid exposure differences.

I tried Canon's photo stitch program and found it lacking. I now use Arc Soft Panorama Maker. Very easy to use and inexpensive.
