Batch processing images in photoshop is pretty easy, but may be hard to explain in text...
open an image that you'd like to have completed in the same way as the others,
create an action(if you don't do this already, you should definately learn about actions! (PS7 help))
the action will record every task you complete until you stop recording, so do whatever you want to do to the image, then press stop on the actions palette.
You may want to record the save and close commands, so you don't need to watch over the whole process, each time.
(I'd suggest Save for Web, as well. It'd help you with the file sizes for upload.)
then choose: File-Automate-Batch
look over the options on this dialog box choose what you want (if you choose your source from "opened files" you'll need to close the dialog box and open all the images that you want your actions to effect)
That's the long and short of it.
