Is there any software that can create caricature type images from digital photos? Would like to convert photos of friends into cartoon caricatures..any ideas?

If you have phtoshop there are several plugins and actions that create caricatures (skewed faces,etc). If you don't have photoshop, you may check if these plugins work with Elements, there is no point in buying Photoshop for this purpose alone.
