Raw editing for beginners

I could use some help in starting to edit RAW.
I have Digital Photo Professional.
What is the basic workflow?
Any help would be appreciated in pointing me in the right direction.

duh!!! sometimes I'm really dense I have the disks and all that but hadn't realised it. So like an idjit I ask for someone to tell the answer I already have

Chuckle... do like I do and blame in senility!
Kidding aside, the newest version does a really nice job. Try shooting RAW + jpg until you get the hang of it, and you're covered.
