Shared photo database

Hello, I'm looking for a shared photo database solution for the company I'm working.
We basically need a database, shared on a server, in which you can browse photos divided by keywords/date/category etc, and which is accessible and modifyable by many people at the same time. For example is that possible with Adobe Bridge/Lightroom? If not, do you know of any solution?
